If you are new to fasting and want to make sure you don't mess up your metabolism and hormones - this workshop will give a custom fasting plan that works for your body, your life and your goals!

If you have fasted before and didn't get the results you wanted, or noticed adverse side effects this workshop will help you identify what wasn't working and give you a custom plan to harness the power of fasting both safely and effectively.

Is Fasting For Me?

Fasting works for most people, but if you are pregnant or breast feeding, have eating disorders ,or if your doctor says it isn't safe for you - you should not fast. Always follow your doctors recommendations. Email Coach Hannah at hannah@wholehealthwithhannah.com if you have questions.

Won't fasting wreck my metabolism?

We will delve down into this more in the workshop but the short answer is no - fasting properly does not lower your metabolism to any significant degree.

Why do you say fasting is the most powerful weightloss technique?

Fasting is free and requires no extra time or energy. You simply DON'T do something. How often do we get awesome results by skipping actions?

How fast will I lose weight fasting?

Expect a steady weight loss somewhere between 1-2 pounds per week depending on your weight, health and age. Coach Hannah recommends a slow, steady approach that will bring results that will last a life time.
